With an ever increasing range of products, software versions & upgrades, firmware updates and OS changes, the demands on our IT and Support Staff has necessitated a restructuring of our chargeable and non-chargeable Services.

Whilst many of the Olympus products are plug 'n play or supplied with easily installed software, Olympus Professional Voice and Business Solutions often require expertise in setup and configuration to maximise their features and create the perfect working environment.  Our trained professionals can assist with your installation, reinstallation or updates and changes that you may require.  Our IT support charges are competively priced and provide assistance by phone or remote computer assess.

Support Services are provided for Olympus Digital Voice Recorders (DVRs), Software and Accessories which have been imported and distributed in NZ by Dictation Distributors. We are not obligated to, nor can we, provide support for goods which have been parallel imported or purchased overseas.

Enquries regarding general PC maintenance, setup and customization of third party software e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes (etc) should be directed to your IT provider or supplier of the software .

Mac users should be advised that we do not have Apple Mac computers in-house, as such our knowledge on them may be limited.

Our response time to all enquiries will be immediately an appropriate person becomes available to provide the level of expertise required to assist. Enquiries are handled in the order they are received with consideration given to matters of urgency.

Needing to install or reinstall software - Please check to ensure you have your original disk and Licence Code number. 

If you have changed operating systems or installing on an old computer, we highly recommend that you check to ensure the software is compatible with your operating system.
